Derek Campbell is an artist and musician living in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. He spends much of his time writing songs and recording himself and others at his home studio (Lyndon Underground studio). He can be seen performing live around VT and New England with the Rock Bands
Electric Sorcery , Cobalt Blue &The Vuks.
He occasionally does sound for local bands and events. Derek works as a lamp worker for Liquid Glass Body Jewelry where he makes glass tusks , spirals and other body jewelry that is sold around the world. He is the host of Radio Free Caledonia, a weekly radio program (Wednesday Noon to 3pm) on WWLR 91.5 in Lyndon Vermont where he plays funky music from around the world and lots of local music as well. Derek likes to draw and explore other forms of visual art, his work has been displayed in small gallery shows in Vermont and Connecticut. He also writes and illustrates a comic strip called DC Ink , publishes an alternative arts magazine called SEE and produces Lyndonunderground TV on KATV Channel 7.
